Jamia Nadwiyya Arts and Science College was established in 2003 in the self-financing sector to impart quality education and to mould graduates well-versed in modern science and professionally competent, socially responsible and morally sound citizens. The undergraduate courses offered in the College are: 1) BA (English). 2) B.Com, 3) B.Sc Physics and 4) BCA 5) BBA. The PG Courses offered are: M com and M.Sc (Physics). The College is affiliated with the University of Calicut. The performance of the students in university examinations is excellent. New initiatives have been taken up to build a centre of academic excellence.
The Jamia Nadwiyya Central Library, established in 1964, is a valuable and extensive educational resource within Jamia Nadwiyya.
The Jamia Nadwiyya NCPUL Arabic Study Centre was established in 2010 with the aim of providing courses in Arabic and Urdu languages.
Established in 1995, by Jamia Nadwiyya Trust Board, the Institute works for protecting and promoting Quran studies by way of memorizing and reading with proper Tajweed. Boys above five years are admitted to the course and many of them succeed in memorizing the whole of the Quran within two years. 50 students are admitted to the Institute every year.
Classes with Kerala State approved syllabus in English medium are offered in the School. It provides sufficient facilities to staff and students. LKG, UKG, lower primary and upper primary classes are conducted in the School. The School envisages becoming a role model. upholding moral and cultural values, and providing ample resources, guidance and patronage to the budding children to become God-fearing, patriotic and studious students so that optimum development of their personality can be attained.

Edavanna Jamia Higher secondary School (EJHSS) was established in 2009. Humanities, science and commerce batches are offered in this school. The subject combination of Humanities includes Arabic and hence they can go for higher studies in Arabic also.
Amity Global School, Edavanna, was established in 2022 by Jamia Nadwiyya Trust Board, which has a long-standing over 58 years' reputation for Islamic and Modern Education and commitment in the field of Islamic propagation. The Trust Board of Jamai Nadwiyya has taken the task of reviving the age-old concept of education in a new child-friendly environment. This dedicated group believes. 'Helping young minds to realize their full potential is a creative challenge'. Enriched with a rich educational experience in various prestigious institutes, these inspiring minds have created an innovative model of instruction for the Pre-Primar, Primary, Secondary and Higher Secondary stages. This model incorporates the very effective concepts of the Montessori Method of education that is "based on self-directed activity, hands-on learning and collaborative play. "We have envisioned a programme that serves to enrich and enhance the skills of the students. One of the objectives is to create a smooth transition from Elementary to Higher Secondary School and further.
Jamia Nadwiyya Training College was established in 1995 with the concurrence of the Government of Kerala and is affiliated with the University of Calicut. Southern Regional Committee of NCTE has granted recognition to run B. Ed. course in the College. At the time of its establishment, there was no other government aided or unaided training colleges in Malappuram District. The College has an affluent library and seven laboratories for Educational Psychology, Social Studies, Science and Work Experience. Physical education and Art education rooms are also provided. A spacious playground with facilities for playing various sports and games is also made use of by the students. There are 200 students and faculty for teaching five optional subjects: English, Arabic, social studies, natural science and physical science.
J amia campus has a sprawling, picturesque and serene setting. It was established in 1964 and it is an important educational hub for scholars in Arabic higher education. It aims to impart knowledge of Islamic theology and inculcate a high degree of Islamic values among the students. The Mission of Shariah College is to facilitate graduate and postgraduate studies in Arabic language and literature, Islamic theological studies and related disciplines. To realise the vision of providing religious as well as secular education, Jamia Nadwiyya Shariah College offers BA (Afzal- ul-Ulama), BA (English) and BA (Fazeela) degrees. Pre- Fazeela and Afzal-ul-Ulama (Preliminary) are the other courses offered in the College. MA Arabic is also offered there. The Fazeela Course offered in the Institution is recognized by Hamdard University, Aligarh Muslim University and Madeena Islamic University. Arabic is the medium of instruction in all the courses. In order to ensure the standard of teaching and learning, it strives to provide residential accommodation, free boarding and excellent infrastructural facilities. Premium faculty, good library, computer centre, etc are the other features of this college. The Alumni of the College are known as Swalahi. They serve in various capacities throughout the length and breadth of India as well as in the middle-eastern countries.
This is a self-financing institution established in 2004, with recognition from NCTE and the Government of Kerala. The institution is intended to give training for teachers of primary schools. DEd Course is offered for 100 students in the Institution. The Institution has succeeded to a great extent in providing quality elementary education. By developing young men and women into enterprising professionally competent teachers, the Institution has rendered yeoman service to the nation. Library with internet connectivity, conference room and auditorium, well-equipped science lab and sufficient classrooms are provided as per the norms of NCTE.
The School was established under the Area Intensive Programme of the Government of India. and now, it is functioning in the general stream of higher secondary education. This is the only aided institution on the Campus. Humanities and science batches with 260 gals on rolls of the School are a great boon to the minority Muslim coramunity. Jamia Nadwiyya has been promoting higher education for girls. Accordingly, an Arabic College - exclusively for women - was established in 2013 as a recognized college affiliated with the University of Calicut. This is a self-financing college offering BA Afzal-ul-ulama Preliminary and BA Afzal-ul-ulama Degree. A large number of girls enter the College for education and exit cheerfully to serve the community.
